ASAT strives to inform the public about organizations that host conferences and offer workshops which showcase treatments that have been scientifically validated or show legitimate promise through the use of controlled and careful peer-reviewed research. As there are many conferences related to autism treatment and these event vary widely with respect to quality and commitment to science, consumers and providers alike must make good choices when selecting events to attend.

ASAT recommends politely asking conference host and speakers to document the published research that supports their presentations since we believe that people with autism have a right to effective, validated interventions.

Below is a non-exhaustive, alphabetized list of organizations that host events that may be of interest to you:

If you would like to recommend an organization for this list, please send us an email. We reserve the right to post the event or not post the event based on whether the organization supports treatments that enjoy scientific support.

For Event Hosts: If you are affiliated with one of these organizations and are interested in advertising an event on our website or in Science in Autism Treatment, please visit our Advertising page.

Disclaimer: Please be advised that since we cannot preview the content of every event offered at such conferences, the listing of an organization here should not be construed as an endorsement of all the events (e.g., conferences and workshops) presented at that event.
