How You Can help
Because of the generosity of people like you, ASAT is able to provide information and resources to over 50,000 individuals per year through our website and newsletter. With your financial support, we can make a greater difference in the lives and futures of people with autism. We have so much work to do — and we can only do it with the help of giving people like you.
ASAT depends on public and private support to help us fulfill our mission. In contrast to most other autism organizations, ASAT has no paid staff and relatively small overhead expenses. Your donations go directly to supporting our important work.
There are several ways that you can make a financial contribution or volunteer your time and expertise to ASAT.
- Donations in any amount are always appreciated. Please send your check or money order to our office: ASAT, P.O. Box 188, Crosswicks, New Jersey, USA 08515-0188.
- Gifts can also be made with a credit or debit card through Pay Pal our secure online donation partner. Please click on the “Donate Now” button below in the lower left corner of this page or visit www.asatonline.org/donate .
- Hold a fundraising event (dance-a-thon, etc.) or other collection activity (e.g., donation jars placed in a business location) on our behalf. We can provide you with all the information and support that you need.
- Consider becoming a Professional or Community Sponsor. Please see www.asatonline.org/about_asat/sponsors.htm#learn for more information.
- Volunteers are always needed. Please contact us at info@asatonline.org if you would like to volunteer your time or expertise to our mission. We are currently looking for people with backgrounds in finance, fundraising, research, grant writing and non-profit management.
