How You Can help

As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, ASAT depends on public and private support to help us fulfill our mission. Because of the generosity of people like you, ASAT is able to provide information and resources to over 50,000 individuals per year. With your financial support, we can make an even more significant difference in the lives and futures of people with autism. We have so much work to do – and we can only do it with the help of giving people like you.

There are several ways that you can make a financial contribution or volunteer your time and expertise to ASAT:

Donations of any amount are always appreciated. Please send your check or money order to our office: ASAT, P.O. Box 188, Crosswicks, NJ 08515-0188.

• Gifts can be made with a credit or debit card through our secure online donation partner, Network for Good. Please click on the “Donate Now” button below.
• Donate appreciated stocks, bonds, securities or property. There are some significant tax advantages afforded to some individuals by making donation of stocks, bonds or property. This can potentially have a much greater impact on a donors' tax liability than a cash donation. Contact our office for information about this method of contribution.
• ASAT solicits support from individuals, foundations, and corporations. Please let us know if you can provide an introduction to a person or organization that might be interested in supporting our mission.

Thank you for considering financial support of ASAT and its programs. As a 501(c)3 organization, donations made to ASAT are tax deductible up to the full extent allowed by law. We will provide you with an acknowledgement of your contribution for tax return preparation.

ASAT would like to thank VISIONARY FITNESS for choosing ASAT as one of the beneficiaries of their April 3, 2008 fitness competition fundraiser! This was their third fundraiser and we feel very fortunate to have participated. In the past, they have raised over $70,000 for the New Jersey Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America. We're grateful to all the trainers and clients of Visionary Fitness who worked hard and worked out that night to support ASAT's mission of disseminating information about scientifically valid interventions for individuals with autism!
